The location is really convenient. Many tram stops were nearby.

Cleaning needs big improvement. I found hairs in the shower corner and on the fresh towels. The entrance door was broken, and getting assistance after hours was difficult because the phone number provided went unanswered. it was overpriced.

The studio flat had a very comfortable setup. The staff seemed very helpful. The location worked well for trams to the city center. Nice cafes sat nearby.

The shower corner needed cleaning. I found hairs in it, and fresh towels also had hair. The entrance door looked broken. I faced challenges getting in at night. It felt overpriced considering these issues.

The apartment was nice and very quiet at night. Staff is very helpful. It is just around the corner from many tram stops, that cover major tourists lines. The staff even prepared my room before check-in time because my flight arrived early.

I think that cleaning needs some improvements, i found hairs in the fresh towels.
